Expert Mode

The part of the tutorial deals with the extra parameters that are visible in the Expert mode. It is the largest page of the tutorial, and will emphasize the dual traps option. The first image, Hot Chili Peppers uses Dual traps, Trap variants, fBm parameters, and Texture parameters.  The second image, Infinity, has a series of light grey layers which represent a layer averaging technique first developed by Kerry Mitchell. The image uses Dual traps and Trap variants. The layers that are averaged use Kerry Mitchell's Gaussian Integer ucl. The user should examine these uprs in detail. The usage is different on virtually every layer for both images.

Of the next two images the first is a Rose Conchoid double trap using the new merge mode Func(A) op Func(B). There are different textures used on different layers. The Progressive parameter for Trap offset is also used. The second image uses a Cycloid Log Spiral double trap. It looks like some sort of insects flying around an exotic flower. It uses limited iterations, fBm textures and Progressive parameters. The user should examine all layers thoroughly to see how these two images were constructed.
